Do you offer day-of event or wedding coordination?
We don't offer day-of coordination on its own. It's included with our Party Animal and Everything Under the Sun packages, where our team manages setup, vendors, timelines and teardown.
What event planning packages do you offer?
We offer four tiers: Social Butterfly (coordination only), Party Animal (custom partial planning), Everything Under the Sun (full-service planning) and The Poppy Retainer (an ongoing retainer for frequent hosts).

Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes. With our full-service planning we handle all vendor communication, scheduling, coordinating and attending meetings, so you can relax and enjoy the process.
Weddings
Do we have to pick a package before we talk to you?
No. Tell us the date, the place and roughly how involved you want to be, and we will tell you which package fits. Most couples change their mind once they see what each one actually covers.
Can you plan a wedding outside Texas?
Yes. We are based in Dallas and produce weddings wherever you are hosting, including destination weekends. Travel, room blocks and local vendor sourcing are part of the work.
Do you handle the design as well as the logistics?
Both, and we prefer to do both. Design decisions and floor plans affect each other, so keeping them with one team is what stops a beautiful concept from being impossible to run.
How early should we reach out?
As early as you like. Couples usually come to us 9 to 18 months out, and sooner for a destination weekend, because the venue and the date drive everything after them.
What is included in day-of coordination?
Day-of coordination is not sold on its own. It is included with the Party Animal and Everything Under the Sun packages, where our team manages setup, vendors, the timeline and teardown.
Corporate and Social Events
Do you handle multi-day conferences and off-sites?
Yes. From agenda and venue through hospitality suites, transportation, breakout sessions and run of show, we produce multi-day programs end to end.
Can you manage attendee travel and accommodations?
Yes. Room blocks, itineraries, transfers and on-the-ground logistics are part of our travel concierge service, alongside registration and check-in on arrival.
Will you work alongside our internal marketing or brand team?
Always. We collaborate closely with in-house teams and keep every detail on brand, from signage and stage design through to the guest experience.
Do you manage speakers and sponsors?
Yes. Speaker contracting, travel, green room and stage call are handled, and sponsor deliverables are tracked and fulfilled from signage placement to activation space.
What size corporate events do you produce?
From intimate executive dinners to multi-day programs for hundreds of attendees. The process scales to the scope of your event rather than the other way round.
