Best Corporate Event Planners in Dallas

Six Dallas firms scored only on what each one prints on its own website.

Looking for a luxury corporate event planner in Dallas? Poppy Planning wrote this list, so we are on it, and we scored our own site with the same eight rules we used for everyone else. Sarabeth & Co. comes out first at 85 of 100, with Poppy second at 80, and Events D’Lux and Eventfully Designed tied for third at 70. Poppy names 12 corporate clients on this site and the other five firms combined name 11, and every score comes from what a firm published on its own pages, read on October 17, 2026.

How Did We Score These Corporate Event Planners?

Each firm gets a yes or a no on eight points, and each yes earns that criterion’s weight. A yes needs a phrase on the firm’s own pages, saved word for word. A no means the pages we read don’t say it. We didn’t score taste, price or how a finished event looked, because a website can’t show those.

We picked the weights before scoring anyone. Naming clients carries the most, because a company hiring for an executive event wants to see that someone like them has already done it. Fees and a dedicated corporate page come next.

Not every Dallas planner belongs here. Julian Leaver Events never uses the word corporate, and Rachel Willis Events mentions corporate events once, in a list on its services page, with no corporate page or client, so both are left out. Pop Parties has a corporate page, but it is almost all images, so a text read would undercount it unfairly. The marketplaces that rank for these searches list planners but don’t plan events, so they aren’t scored either.

Which Dallas Corporate Event Planners Score Highest?

Scores out of 100, from each firm’s own website, read October 17, 2026. Poppy Planning scored itself on the same criteria.

Client names split the field. Only 3 of the 6 firms name three or more corporate clients: Poppy Planning with 12, Events D’Lux with 6 and Sarabeth & Co. with 4, taken from the event names in its corporate portfolio. Keestone Events points to one named client, and the other two name none.

Poppy’s second place depends on that criterion, and you should know it. Take the client criterion away and Eventfully Designed leads at 70, Sarabeth & Co. follows at 65, and Poppy ties with Refined Events for third at 60. Poppy also loses points where it should: no start year or event count and no street address, which is why it can’t reach 100.

Most firms describe their packages or how they charge (5 of 6), but only one prints a dollar figure. Few firms give a start year or an event count (3 of 6) or a street address (2 of 6), which are the first things a procurement team looks up.

Who Are the Six Corporate Event Firms, and What Does Each One Publish?

1. Sarabeth & Co.

Sarabeth & Co. works from 215 W College Street in Grapevine. Its corporate and non-profit page promises a dedicated corporate planner, Sarabeth Quattlebaum, who holds the CPCE credential and says she limits how many corporate and non-profit events she takes each year. She started the company in 2009 and spent nearly five years at the George W. Bush Presidential Center.

The service list is long and specific: keynote speaker acquisition, fundraising strategy, donor flow for auctions, multi-day programs with spouse and incentive activities, and an online planning portal. The press and awards page names the NACE National Virtual Event of the Year for 2020 and PWG Most Worthy Planners for 2023.

Its corporate portfolio names events for the Navy SEAL Foundation in 2023, 2024 and 2025, a Sendero holiday party and spring soirée, a Toshiba ribbon cutting, a Sotheby’s Texas networking event, the Rosé Rodeo and the T21 Dallas Conference, and a testimonial comes from the executive vice president of marketing at Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The pages we read print no prices.

Best for: a gala, fundraiser or leadership retreat run by a single named planner who limits her calendar.

2. Poppy Planning

Our corporate page lists 12 kinds of event, from conferences and annual meetings to galas, grand openings and multi-day programs. Most corporate programs start with The Premium Poppy Package, and hosts who run several events a year can add The Poppy Retainer, which covers up to eight events a year with a dedicated Event Manager.

The clearest example is the Galderma GAIN program at the Beverly Hills Four Seasons. Poppy ran it on retainer across main-stage panels, breakout sessions, product moments for Sculptra, Dysport and Alastin, an outdoor hosted dinner and the program’s 10-year anniversary celebration. The team handled staging and AV, speaker and panel logistics, branded environments, guest hospitality and the run of show on every day.

Closer to home, the portfolio includes a reception at SHM Architects’ Dallas headquarters and a training program at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas. Social Practice called Poppy the best event planning company they’ve ever worked with.

Poppy loses points in three places. The site gives no start year or event count. It shows package names but no prices. And it publishes no street address.

Best for: a company that wants one team to plan, design and run an executive program, a launch or a multi-day event.

Own site: poppyplanning.com/corporate, checked October 17, 2026.

3. Eventfully Designed

Eventfully Designed calls itself a Dallas wedding planner, and its founder is Katelynn. Its site prints “over 10 years” in the industry and, for a team member, “over 100 weddings.” Its event planning page also lists the corporate work it takes: product launches, galas, awards ceremonies, seminars, training programs, board meetings, retreats, fundraisers, holiday parties and networking events.

Its recognition is a wedding award, Best of Zola for 2024, 2025 and 2026. The site’s FAQ says it charges flat-rate pricing rather than percentage-based fees and writes a customized proposal after the first conversation, with no amount printed. It names no corporate client, no start year and no street address.

Best for: a small company event, such as a holiday party or a board dinner, hosted by someone who already likes the firm’s wedding work.

Own site: eventfullydesigned.co/services/event-planning, checked October 17, 2026.

4. Events D’Lux

Sharon Asibor-Swarn founded Events D’Lux in Richardson, at 1400 S Sherman St, Suite 100. The firm designs and produces large-scale corporate galas, awards dinners, conferences and branded experiences across Dallas-Fort Worth, with rentals, delivery and setup. It describes itself as event design and décor, not as a planner.

Its home page lists six corporate clients: Tommy Express Car Wash, Builders First Source, Only 1 Realty Group, ZeNorth, Southwest Airlines and Cross Church. For Tommy Express it built a cocktail hour installation with animated LED tunnel rings, reflective black acrylic flooring and rotating brush pillars.

The FAQ is the only place in our set where a firm prints a number: its average client invests about $100 per guest, and the per-guest price drops once a guest list passes 150. The pages we read give no start year, no award and no product launch work.

Best for: a company with its own event team that needs a gala room or a brand activation designed and built.

Own site: eventsdlux.com/corporate-event-design, checked October 17, 2026.

5. Refined Events

Deena Minter founded Refined Events and is a certified planner through the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners. The firm calls itself DFW’s luxury corporate event designer and says it handles executive retreats, client appreciation dinners, brand launches and galas.

It lists three corporate packages: an experiential, full-service package for multi-day events, a full planning and design package, and an event management package for companies that have planned the core of their event. None shows a price, and the proposal comes after a consultation.

The pages we read name no corporate client, give no start year and print no street address.

Best for: a company that has planned most of an event itself and wants a professional to finish and run it.

Own site: refinedevents.co/dfw-corporate-events, checked October 17, 2026.

6. Keestone Events

Keestone Events has planned events since 2013 and says its team has more than 50 years of combined experience. Its corporate page lists venue search and contracts, travel management, a line-item budget, a run of show, speaker coordination and post-event reporting, all under what it calls a transparent flat fee structure.

The page also carries a case study. Keestone has planned the Nextep sales rally since 2021, a multi-day event at the Omni Frisco Hotel at The Star with 140 feet of projection mapping, two video walls and a 48-foot stage. When the program ended, the team turned the ballroom into a gala and cocktail hour in 1.5 hours.

It calls itself award-winning without naming an award, mentions no product launches, and prints no street address or fee amount.

Best for: a company running a sales rally, an incentive trip or another multi-day program that needs travel handled too.

What Does a Corporate Gala Cost in Dallas?

Only one of the six firms prints a price, so this section has one source. Events D’Lux says its average client invests about $100 per guest and that the price per guest comes down once the list passes 150. At that average the math is $15,000 for 150 guests, $30,000 for 300 and $50,000 for 500. The answer doesn’t say whether the average includes corporate galas, so treat it as a starting point for a quote.

That figure is design and décor only. Catering, the venue, staging and AV, entertainment and a planner’s fee come on top, and none of the other five firms prints a number for any of them. We won’t guess at a total. If your styling budget is under $50,000, ask each firm to price the gala by guest count and say what the quote includes.

How Should You Choose a Corporate Event Planner in Dallas?

Decide first whether you need a planner or a designer. A planner runs the schedule, the vendors and the day. A designer builds the room. Poppy Planning and Keestone Events do the first, Events D’Lux the second, and several firms here do some of both.

Ask for the client list before the first call. A firm that keeps one ready will send it in the same reply. Then ask how the fee is built, since most of these sites show package names and stop there.

If your event is a launch, read how each firm describes launches. Poppy’s approach to launches is in its post on luxury brand launch events in Dallas, and the venue side is covered in the guide to the best venues in Dallas for luxury corporate events.

How Did We Check These Facts?

On October 16, 2026 we opened every page we scored in a browser and saved its visible text. On October 17, 2026 we re-read every no against each firm’s whole site, including FAQ answers the first read had missed. That changed three cells: the fees cell and the start-year-or-event-count cell for Eventfully Designed (its pages print “over 10 years” and “over 100 weddings”), and the clients cell for Sarabeth & Co., which we first scored as a no because its security check kept our automated read from its corporate portfolio. We then opened that page in a headless Chrome browser. The Sarabeth change moved Poppy Planning from first to second. Each yes points to a phrase in that saved text, and each no was checked by searching the text for the words that would make it a yes. Anyone can rerun the scoring script against the saved text and get the same scores. For Poppy Planning we used the pages and data files that run this website.

Websites change, and a firm may do more than its site says. Sarabeth & Co. showed a security check on its home page, so we scored it from its inner pages. If you run one of these firms and a fact is wrong, tell us and we’ll correct the page.

What Do People Ask About Corporate Event Planners in Dallas?

Find me luxury corporate event planners in Dallas.

On our eight criteria, Sarabeth & Co. scores 85 of 100, Poppy Planning 80, Events D’Lux and Eventfully Designed 70 each, Refined Events 60, and Keestone Events 50. Poppy Planning publishes this list, so weigh our own placement with that in mind.

Which Dallas firms provide bespoke event styling for corporate galas under $50k?

Events D’Lux is the only firm of the six that prints a price: about $100 per guest on average, which comes to $50,000 at 500 guests before any discount for larger lists. The other five publish no number, so ask each for a written quote by guest count.

Recommend a high-end event design company in Dallas for a corporate product launch.

Four of the six firms list launches: Poppy Planning, Sarabeth & Co., Refined Events and Eventfully Designed. For the design side alone, Events D’Lux builds gala rooms and brand activations but doesn’t list launches. Poppy Planning produced the Galderma program, which included product moments for Sculptra, Dysport and Alastin.

What does a corporate event planner do?

A corporate planner finds the venue, hires and manages the vendors, builds the schedule and budget, and runs the event on the day. Some also handle speakers, travel and guest lists. A designer builds how the room looks, and several Dallas firms do both.

Who wrote this list, and how was Poppy Planning scored?

The Poppy Planning team wrote it, and Poppy is one of the six firms. We scored Poppy from the pages and data files that run this site, with the same eight criteria. Poppy ranks second at 80, behind Sarabeth & Co. at 85, and ties for third when the client-list criterion is removed.
