Poppy Planning started in Dallas and grew from here into Austin and then into destination work across the country. Dallas is still the base, which is the practical difference on a Dallas event: we are not flying in to meet your florist for the first time.
Years of working the same city means a vendor list built on people we have actually stood next to at 6 a.m. on a load-in. When something needs solving at short notice, that is what gets it solved, and it is the part of local expertise you cannot shortcut.
Highland Park estates, boutique hotels and premier venues across the Metroplex, plus the rehearsal dinners and welcome parties that turn a wedding into a weekend. We know which rooms photograph well at 7 p.m. in July and which ones need a plan B for the heat.
Dallas keeps adding headquarters, and every one of them needs an annual meeting, a client night and a holiday party. We produce conferences, brand launches, sales kick-offs and grand openings for teams here and for brands flying in.
Milestone birthdays, showers, anniversaries and charity galas, for a city that genuinely turns up for a party. Our Social Practice anniversary at Lounge 31 is the shape of it: branded, dense with detail and run so the host got to host.
